Front Desk Manager manages, hires, trains and schedules Front Desk Associates. Serves as a liaison between operations and facilities manager. Works in collaboration with the facility manager on member retention. Responsible for inventory counts, membership questions and concerns, Conduct weekly meetings with facility manager and operations team. Skills include great business judgment, analytical, effective communication and listening, comfortable with delegating tasks, organizational, leadership, create a positive work environment, and ability to identify and use resources to help enhance the business.
Boxing coach apprenticeship is an on the job training program that will teach how to train new and experienced boxers on technique and physical training regimens. The apprentice will be guided on monitoring boxing activities during training and practice times; evaluates performances, explains techniques, and assists with skills improvement. Required: • Working towards a USA Boxing certification • Craft Boxing Fundamentals Certification (must be completed within 3 months of hire) Preferred: • Working towards a Personal Training Certification from an accredited certification Skills include communication and customer service, designing and implementing fitness regimes.
Strength and Conditioning coach is responsible for providing programming and coaching, including but not limited to motivation, education, and guidance on proper technique, conditioning, resistance training, mobility and recovery. The Strength and Conditioning Coach works with the head coaches to design training programs that revolve around strength, conditioning and weight training geared towards boxing. They must account for procedures and regulations and use training programs not just to maximize performance but also to minimize injury. Required: • Accredited Personal Training Certification • Certification in a Strength and Conditioning Program (NSCA or CSCS) • Craft Boxing Fundamentals Certification (must be completed within 1 month of hire) • Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross (ARC) with Automated External Defibrillators (AED) Preferred: •Undergraduate and/or graduate degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science or related field Skills include communication and customer service, designing and implementing fitness regimes.

Front Desk Associates are the face of the facility. Their duties include greeting guests, giving tours of the facility, and attending to member related questions and concerns. Welcome Team Associate will be encouraged to process and sell memberships, upkeep the cleanliness of the facility, and perform administrative tasks to make sure the facility runs smoothly. Skills include communication, organizational, customer service. multi-tasking , and basic computer skills.
Create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for stories, internal company announcement videos, external promotional social videos, product marketing videos, recruiting videos, corporate training and other enterprise-wide projects. Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/sfx, media management and archiving project media. Qualifications: • Working towards or has an education in television, radio, film, sound and other new media arenas. • Video includes familiarity with professional cameras, prosumer camcorders, various HD and SD formats, and photography. • Audio includes small format mixers, compression, EQ, effects processors, audio recording techniques for studio and field, multi-track and waveform editing. • Post-production entails digital video editing, still and motion graphics design, and video compression for multiple delivery platforms Skills include operating a camera and using editing software such as Final Cut Pro X, Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere. You need to understand various types of cameras, different lenses and how to create a certain shot. You also need to be able to pull out your camera at any moment to capture footage.
Responsibilities include assembling raw footage, turning it into a final product, and transferring and uploading to a computer. Review all the footage and create the best output by cutting and connecting various footage, adding sound effects and graphics and fine-tuning the completed video or film. Inputting sounds to enhance footage, which may include selecting music and writing voice overs. Digitally splicing film and video and synchronizing them into one rough cut file. Improving and correcting lighting, coloring, and faulty footage. Qualifications: • Working towards or has an education in communication, media, visual arts, film, television, multimedia or graphic designs • Experience working in with film and video Skills include proficiency in editing software programs, general understanding of computers and digital equipment, knowledge in cutting edge technology, and ability to take and follow direction, while also having a creative eye for improvements
