05 — Questions
Common questions.
- How much does personal training cost?
- Each coach sets their own rates and packages, so we don't list one price. Tell us your goal and your coach will walk you through options on the first call.
- Do I need to be a member?
- Yes. Personal training clients hold a membership so they can use the full gym between sessions. Open Gym is $75 a month and covers it; if you already have a class membership, you're set. Your coach will help you pick one.
- How often do people train with a coach?
- Most clients see their coach once or twice a week and use the gym or classes on the other days. Your coach writes those days too.
- Do I have to box?
- No. Several of our coaches don't teach boxing at all. They specialize in strength, performance, weight loss and training for people as they age.
- I'm a complete beginner. Is that fine?
- That's most of our clients. Your coach starts where you are.
- Where do sessions happen?
- At the club: 26662 Agoura Rd, Calabasas, CA 91302. Ring, bags, full weight room, cardio floor and sauna, all under one roof.
